Purely chest exercise?

    A bunch of chest things I do - BB/DB press mainly, wear out my tris after a few sets. What are some exercises that most isolate the chest?

    yeah, pretty much any fly would exclusively hit the chest. other than that i cant think of anything.

    the more narrow your grip on the barbell bench, the more tricep work you recruit, so before anything, check your grip and form.

    also when you are pressing the weight, visualize that you are using your chest and pecs to push the weight up, NOT from your arms/hands/triceps

    this is key
