purecee dosage?

    It's been a year since I started working out. Some may remember this thread:

    (I'll have to add a new progress pic)

    Anyway, a week ago, I started on a purecee cycle. I have 2 bottles with what seem to be almost identical but the indicated dosage differs. By a lot.

    What should I be taking? 1 per 40 or 1 per 60?
    Are the extra ingredients listed in the bigger bottle, the reason for the dosage difference? Should I just follow what the bottle says for each?

    no, no, no. cee should be taken in ranges of 2-4 grams. i'm 220lbs and take 4 caps daily, so roughly 2.8 grams. make sure to drink plenty of water also.

    you're right, just read about cee and smaller dosages are better. :cool:

    I do drink plenty of water. I'm just under 160lbs. According to the dosage directions on the smaller bottle, I should be taking 4 caps a day. (1 cap per 40lbs). If I follow the dosage directions on the other bottle, I should be taking about 2.5 caps a day. What's up with the dosage directions on these things?
    Still confused.

    are the cap sizes different for both bottles?

    They both say 700mg a cap. :-/ I don't wanna use too much or too little. Like I said, I've been taking what's recommended on the small bottle. I got the big bottle in the mail the other day and was all 'wtfmate'.
    I figured someone on here could give me a good formula to use.

    I have noticed that they've been working. I've been able to get a few more pounds up on each exercise and I seem to not be as sore afterwards (quicker recovery?). Again, I just wanna do it right.

    I still get sore constantly when I'm taking creatine.

    the label for the 60ct bottle used the old instructions which were for the 500mg capsules (so its a misprint).

    the correct reccomended dosing for the 700mg caplets is 1 per 60lbs.

    now that being said, people can and do take over the reccomended dose. many people take the reccomended dose prior to workout and then a cap or 2 after workout which can work out to be about 1 caplet per 40lbs.

    dosing reccomendations are general because of individual variances no supplement dosing reccomendation is going to be optimal for everyone.

    I like em right before i train, about 4 of em with bete alanine...get good pump. Dont care if it maybe placebo :rofl: It helps me

    some people also split the dose evenly like that. its really a matter of preference and individual response (as with pretty much ANY supplement).

    No but I forgot how great it is. I started taking it again this week and it's like I never started cutting down at all.

    creatine can indirectly reduce soreness, though BA appears to be much more effective in this aspect with more direct effect.
