    we took my friends dad's M5 out the other day while he was at work.

    and as soon as we pull up to his house to put the M back....his father happened to be standing right in the driveway with the look of the devil on his face :o

    i've never felt a car pull that hard in my life.

    That colour does look great, and is good to see someone choosing the aluminum interior rather than wood trim, looks so much better.

    the aluminum interior gives it a much more sporty appearance.

    even though with the wood trim, i believe you get a leather stitched dash :cool:

    A primary problem is that it is just too damn heavy.

    The handling is a little and soft, rear anti-roll bar tends to pop out, brakes SUCK...

    I agree....i've driven many m5's and feel the same way about em....but damn....i still love em!

    The brakes hardly suck... they're the some of the best I've ever used, and I've driven more than my share of high-performance cars. I agree about the handling, I installed coilovers on mine and don't miss the mushiness.

    On another note, I wish I could keep mine that clean.

    im going to buy one as my daily driver, the e36 is still one of the best bmw's ever made IMO.

    I think my next car will be a 540i.

    I love the big sedan. My uncle had a older 7 series on his lot he was trying to sell for he bought it for 3k :dunno:
