Does anyone know if an individual who is active duty military can purchase from private sale a weapon which is not and can't be sold in that state?
*Example being Glocks and H&K hand guns in Massachusetts?

Another question also, is it legal for an individual to purchase a gun out of state as long as that individual follows their purchasing rules/requirements?

There has to be a way for me to purchase the gun I want whether I have to use my military status and do it in another state or not.

Wish I knew, but firearms-wise, that state has some major issues.

I found on one site that private sales do not fall under the same law as a dealer selling you one.

That being said I wonder if I was able to find a dealer who would make the transaction I could purchase from someone out of state and have it sent that way...
    :dunno:

The more I think about the more confused I get.

    That makes perfect logical sense.

So, it is probably outlawed in MA.

    Yes.

But being active military you can have dual residency.
I wonder if any of the FFL dealers would accept it so I could pick it up.

This whole process is shit.
