it's not rocket surgery
it's a lot closer to brain science
compound lifts consistently, with enough volume and intensity.

wtf, was i supposed to be "leveling up"? god dammit, all this time i was just trying to lift more weight.
i'd like a new one for the sake of it.
there's this thing called the internets. and on this internets there is a forum called ot. in this forum called ot there is a subforum called "fitness and nutrition - sponsored by 'some faggots'." (you are currently there.) in this forum is a subsection called the archives. in this subsection you will find many routines.
I just started a new one. Feels soo good to mix things up
He PMed me the new routine he just finished working on.
Just send him a pic/vid of you applying AIFM to your gyno. I'm sure that applies to enough guys here for him not to need to make a new thread.
INstead of worrying about a routine making you bigger, start thinking about your effort.
obviously you haven't seen the recent pics (may be couple months old)..effort is not questioned
