Pur? Ever try twice per day training...

    I have time on my hands so considering it....
    If you haven't tried it...thoughts on it?

    The only time i've tried a double workout was when i'd do legs in the morning, then chest or arms in the evening.

    I wouldn't fancy doing say back/shoulders in the morning then do arms/chest in the evening.

    I'm considering doing the same bodypart suggested by Pollinquin and CT...
    heavy/ low reps in the morning and light/ high volume in the evening...

    yes when im on ;) Never when im off. Same goes for training bodyparts twice a week. I have done that as well. I always end up back to what works best for me though. Simple, 4-5 day splits with some volume and intensity...

    Looking at it like that then, i'd be willing to try that.

    Would you choose to do the same exercises or choose different ones though?

    Hmmm... maybe I'll only do the twice per day two days per week...specifically legs and shoulder.

    i loved back/chest, one of lous favs as well. Sometimes i do them together and superset em ;) Try it out, only way you're gonna know

    dont want to tax my cns or overtrain...i have been doing it a long long time so i know what my body likes and doesnt like. I can do it in 6 week spurts if i want but its not much of a gain other then something fresh. When im on and eating for a show...whole different world. I like to use it for the burning of cals/fat as well as building muscle. Cause lets be real, assisted help makes the difference

    I did it for about a week (twice a day) over the summer when I had a lot of time on my hands. I found I was feeling weak and tired throughout the day though when it came time for the second workout... Perhaps overtraining, so I cut workouts shorter.. but in the end it seemed to be no different than when I was doing a more intense workout once a day.

    The only bodypart I could see being worth training twice a day is back because I have to spend an insane amount of time pounding the shit out of it to get a workout.

    When I was cutting though, I would do cardio in the morning and lift and night and that worked out VERY WELL. I wish I still had time to do that.

    how many days a week were you training like this? I just recently got started back with 1g/test 45mg/dbol and would like to add a little bit more in there. I've already bumped from 255 to 265 in a matter of 3 weeks, but it's obviously massive amounts of water considering my face looks like a swollen balloon
