great cardio, can be fun once you figure out what you are doing.

If you have the space and the place to hang one, I would get a nice unfilled thai bag from fairtex and then fill it with corn kernals and t-shirts. You can make it about 250-300 pounds this way and you will be able to kick it, and it won't swing as much. I have trouble without someone holding a normal heavy bag like Leo posted, they are too light....plus that canvas one will fuck up your elbows and shins, I would recommend leather if you can.

www.fairtexgear.com look for their unfilled thai/bannana bags

  5. So I shouldn't have popped the corn first??

    :o

No problem... One thing for sure though make sure you get some really nice hand wraps and gloves... Save your wrists the trouble later...

I love my punching bag!!!!! Best $100 I've ever spent. I didn't hang it right and it fell out of the ceiling, but other than that it was worth it.
