Pump up music for the gym?

  1. What are some good pump up music for the gym? Preferably metal rock like Underoath, A7X, Everytime I Die...etc.

    i like rap alot.. i'm not big into rap normally.. but i love it in the gym for some reason

    Rammstein, Korn, Rage Against The Machine, Three Days Grace, Rob Zombie...all staples in my workout. For cardio I like dance music....usually from those NYC Underground CDs
