I know this question belongs on a medical forum, but I don't belong to one and the google searches return results that don't really address the symptoms in relation to working out.

A few days ago I've began getting what is either a pulse or a maybe just small muscle spasms in my abs. It's specifically to the left of my navel. This occurred after working my abs really hard a few days ago, and now again today. Anyone ever had this from working abs?

I've had both the ab twitchy stuff (drives me nuts) and have felt my pulse in my abdomen (there's a pretty big artery that runs through there ya know). They are two very different feelings.

It's more like small twitchy spasms. It's not painful.

search for abdominal aortic aneurysm and see if that fits your symptoms

Well there's absolutely no pain (major symptom), but I'm going to make a Dr. Appt for tomorrow anyway.

That's odd, I get the same things in the crux of my elbow, at my wrist, in my groin, at my ankle and in my abdomen.....
