Right now I can do 6 pullups. When I first started I couldn't even do half of 1 pullup. I've been on the armstrong pullup program for a while now and that really helped me get from 2 pullups to 6 pullups, but i've seemed to hit a plateau and just haven't improved in many weeks now. I have a pullup bar at home and anytime I walk by it I always do a set of 5 or 6 pullups, this goes on many times throughout the day. My workouts at the gym also incorporate certain things that will help me with my pullups, like reverse lat pulldowns, etc. etc. What would you guys recommend?
