I didn't expect to even pull what I pulled two weeks ago, let alone set a PR because I took a week off (to let my rotator cuff/lower back recoup a bit).

You'll notice when I say PR, I'm not talking about 1rm (I'm too weak to justify doing those).

    2 weeks ago I pulled: 8x135, 8x225, 8x225, 6x225.

    Tonight I pulled: 8x135, 8x225, 8x225, 5x275.

I had enough left for 2-3 more reps of 275, but my grip failed and once I put the weight down, I was done.

I'm 6'3" 215...I'll be happy once I can DL more than twice my body weight.

carrying a fair bit of fat on your frame?

I'm 6'3" 206ish, stronger than you, and just wondering... any pics? No one else is ever 6'3" :\

    :)

I've never measured my body fat, but I'm guessing I'm a little below 20% right now. I've only been deadlifting for a few months, which is why my numbers suck :hs:

I'll post pics in a month when I post up my 6 month progress pics/numbers.

Those aren't shitty numbers at all... especially if you just started deadlifting.

Relative to the people at my gym, my numbers are awesome, but relative to the brolies in F&N, they're not too hot. Thanks though :)
