Pulled a muscle in my lower back...

    right side, right above my glut.

    Any ideas on what I can do to help it besides go easy on the lifting? Any exercises or stretching that can benefit it?

    I'm incredibly poor, so I'm trying to avoid PT or chiro.

    get a foam roller and ice that area.
