ok when doing a lat pulldown, should one remain at a constant angle (70ish) or go back to 90 degrees when the weight is near the top?

right now I try to keep my back at an angle, about 70 degrees from start to finish, but I see other people go to 90 when the weight is at the top, then as they are bringing it down, drop the angle to about 70, then back up to 90...like this

am I hitting a diff muscle group? or is my form wrong? I am not sure who told me to do it that way

I hope that makes sense :o
