Anyone else feel them work out your back the most edit: out of all other back workouts, especially when you first start doing em?

Jesus christ they really hit the back...its :wtc: and :eek3: at the same time.

Went from not being able to pull 3 to now doing 5x5.

every back day I do 30 pull ups, they are awsome, I love the fact they work all the way from my forearms and grip to my lats. I do Curl ups on my arm day too, decent for biceps, but they also hit delts, traps, and forearms pretty well.

I feel it more with low rows as well, but they are both some of my favorite exercises.

I was doing palms in and it hit the biceps more than anything.
I switced to palms out, wide grip...shit is hard :hs:

I can't find any animations. Basically a row that is pulled almost to your stomach on a lower rised cable machine

I love pullups, but most people won't go near this exercise :dunno: Started out doing about 6, now can do 10+ easily, and have worked up to 6+ with 20lbs added.
