Pull/Push workouts? Anyone here divide their work up this way?

    I get bored of separating my workouts into individual muscle groups and found this idea of doing pushing one day, pulling another day, and legs/abs the other. I'm thinking about putting a routine together this way but wondered if anybody else has done this and what their experience was.

    i guess that works... since most push exercises are geared toward the chest/tris and most pull exercises are geared toward the back/bis

    whatever works :dunno:

    you can definitely do that. my next door neighbor did that all of last year and had nice results. (he was on OT, but he might have been banned - try pm'ing Snapstylez for more info...)

    I don't like doing bench and millitary on the same day.

    i started out with push/pull, but i like body splits better, more intense.
