Puked at the gym.

    Not sure if I drank too much water or had too much food in stomach. Was doing bent over rows and I felt it coming up and ran to the trash can. Good thing I was the only one in the gym.

    yeah that almost happened to me last summer. i drank too much milk before i worked out and like half a gallon of water during the workout. i got home and almost passed out

    It's my goal to puke at the gym. I bet I can accomplish it with Filmy's leg workout. :o

    I've done it a couple times. I've almost blacked out a few times too.

    A goal for me too. So far I've layed down in the power rack for ~10 mins and almost blacked out a bunch of times, but no vomit as of yet.

    I've been dropping hints for my gym owner to bring in some puke buckets :x:

    Anybody bring their own?

    Hardcore != exerting until you vomit.

    Hardcore = exerting until you vomit, re-drinking the vomit :drool: from your monogrammed puke bucket so as not to waste valuable undigested protein, and banging out another hundred reps of 800-pound squats.

    The only time I felt like puking was one day after doing bent over DB rows.

    Something I have always done if i get that "oh crap I am gonna blow" feeling is to chew on wrigley's winterfresh gum. Its that quickest way to get rid of nausea. Sometimes too I wet my towel with cold water and hold it on my head for a little that usually clears things up too

    I threw up at the gym last Saturday for the first time ever. After a pretty intense chest workout, the back hyperextensions helped the protein shake i had before going make a reappearance.

    happened to me when i chugged a muscle milk shake pre-workout. I was late for the gym so i had to down 16 ounces of it in 1 breath

    I've often felt like puking after leg and chest and back days...but never have. The one that finally got me, last week was shoulder day. I don't understand it because they're such smaller muscles and I would think wouldn't stress the body as much. Oh well, it was one hell of a work out.

    I've never puked, but before I hit my PR in the DL, I had to take a shit.. the lift right before the PL almost cost me.. :hsugh:
