I was doing legs and was jacked on pre-workout stuff and pushed harder than normal. Squats, hack squats, lunges, calves...etc. Then went upstaris and did some cardio, got off the treadmill and then walked...err crawled back downstairs felt dizzy then tossed the water in my gut straight in the can. Two of the trainer tools came over to see if I was OK. I looked at them and said "Every one you train should puke like that when they are done with their set." True story. I feel like 11ty billion dollars after todays workout.
