When I'm at a game retailers, I check out the PSP & DS racks just to make this same decision.... I concluded that the PSP seemed to me home to more RPGs (well, JRPGs)... or maybe the retailer I was at (Wal Mart, EB) had a shittier DS selection than PSP?

Also, Valkyria Chronicles 2 will be a PSP exclusive

DS + Disgaea = You don't need anything else.

I have 87 hours on my current save. I toss the DS in my back pocket and thats all I play when ever and where ever

Disgaea can be beaten in about 20-30. I am just a nut because after you beat it you can level all your characters and all the items your character uses. Shit never gets old. If you like Final Fantasy Tactics type games - Disgaea DS FTW

Same shit on PSP. Disagea is virtually endless. Main quest + audience bribing + item world.

I've had about three of both systems. PSP wins IMO, plus you could use it for movies/music if you wanted to.

The DS and PSP both have their share of great games....

    PSP:

    FFVII : Crisis Core
    Valkyrie Profile : Lenneth
    Final Fantasy Tactics : WOTL
    Crimson Gem Saga
    Tales of Eternia
    Jeanne D'Arc
    Star Ocean I & II

I'm sure i'm leaving some out. The DS won't disappoint either.

    Chrono Trigger
    Final Fantasy III & IV
    Dragon Quest IV & V
    Disgaea
    Suikoden Tierkries
Valkyrie Profile : Covenant of the Plume
    Knights in the Nightmare
    Blue Dragon Plus
    The World Ends with You

Sure I missed a few here as well. Take your pick of what's currently available, read up on some reviews, and go with what appeals to you the most. /thread

You should probably try posting games that are Unique to each system as you are comparing them...Also FF7 for 10 bucks on the PSN store =)

The world ends with you was fun, but I never finished it >.>
