I got a question for all you PSP guys out there? I've modded a few psp's in my day, but I've never modded a new 3001 model. Is there any issues with modding one with a pandoa battery? I made one using a battery that I have and have used it for several psp's to date, but I've never used it on the newer psp's.

Can anyone give me some insight on this? Can it be done? Will I have any problems? I dont want to brick my buddies psp.

    Thanks everyone!

Hada phat modded psp, still have my magic mem stick and pandora battery, kinda wish I kept my psp. It would be tight to mod a slim psp though.

The ChickHen method works but that will only get you so far (sega, nes, super nintendo, CPS1, CPS2, Neo Geo) but it doesnt help you get into PSX and PSP games.

chickhen trick + custom firmware installer is the easiest method of hacking your psp and the only way to hack it if its a late 2000 model / 3000 model. the downside is you have to do the chickhen trick again if you power off you psp or restart it but you dont have to worry about bricking your psp using this. Only works if you have official firmware 5.03
