Provide abomb with a good bicep routine v.weak sad bicepts

    Im looking to mix up my bicep routine since they never seem to grow stronger or bigger for that matter.

    big bicept bros post up your regular bicep routine in order with the amount of reps and sets you do.. my triceps grow great but my biceps are STILL lagging behind and its pissing me the fuck off all the little mexican kids in my gym have bigger guns than me and i can just imagine the rude thoughts they are thinking about me so im looking for new ideas to hit both heads of the bicep hard, pump them up, and get them stronger since i cant seem to get strength or size gains in my biceps.

    Im not so sure anymore. I dont know if I want to serve under Obama. and my grandpa who is in the marines is like yeah I wouldnt join the marines today they have changed .. so im like well shit :hsugh:

    I mainly stick to cable curls with the easy curl bar for like 4 sets

    why ez over straight? I have seriuosly never used the e z bar Ive only ever used straight bar

    I would only use ez curl bars for preacher curls. Standing staight barbell curls hit the biceps hard

    high cable curls 5 sets of 10
    reverse ez curls 5 sets of 10
    incline curls :hsugh: 4 sets of 15

    honestly, I don't get why you guys do so much volume on them. fucking 14 sets? I don't even do that for my back

    im still not even sure if i need low med or high volume for my biceps because I cant get these fuckers to grow in size and strength.

    switch it up do one week of low rep heavy weight, the next week do high volume lower weight

    low reps high weight, you only need 3 bicep workouts and keep each around 3 sets

    I just dont get it. My brother has the same build as me (hes like 150 pounds) similar genetics and huge ass fucking biceps. so im obviously doing something right to not stimulate them properly

    squat bench dead and bb rows have been growing great on bill starr 5 x 5.

    i dont get it.

    your doing a core routine right now. finish it up then go over to a BB style routine for a few months to get swoled up.

    i know man i know :) but i really hate it when i let a weak point lag behind for 3 months though :\ that just makes things worse

    as far as I can tell nobody here in this thread has big bicepts. I dont have big bicepts so I wont give advice.
