Protien value in seafood?

    how much protein is in seafood? like shrimp, crabs, clams etc...

    a lot...think about it, it's meat...it has no carbs and seafood is very low in fat

    and the fat it has is really good fat also.

    Seafood is great for you and really good in the protein dept. One of my favorite things is some tuna steaks served rare with wasabi.

    Way healthier than a steak and easy as shit to make.

    Take tamari (soy sauce but sweeter), ginger root diced, couple cloves of garlic, wasabi powder, touch of basamlic vinegar and marinade for like 10 minutes. Rub both sides with seasamee seeds and throw on a flaming hot grill. 3 minutes a side. Don't touch it though before flipping because you want the steak to form a crust and then it won't stick to the grill.

    You can also just do a basic olive oil, touch of balsamic vinegar, bunch of fresh herbs cut up, and marinade for 10 minutes.
