Is that bad . i work out, then i go for my run, i can kinda feel it in my stomach a lil bit
ya....why not do it after?
your not suppose to run or swim for like 1/2 hour after eating/drinkin something, your mama never told ya?
running with shit in my stomach seriously fucks up my run. i dont know how you do it without throwing it up
well its not good to run with that in your stomach but you are supposed to take the protein within an hour of your workout so i'd just split up my running and workout time
yea you'd feel heavy when running, i'd advise against it
I carry a turkey and take bites when I am running.
how about run...then shake...then work out....?
I wouldn't do it.
