Has anyone had success using the 100% Whey Protein in any sort of baking recipe? I'm checking out the www.optimumnutrition.com website and most if not all of thier recipes call for 100% ANY Whey, not the usual 100% Whey Protein.

Would it even make a difference in the consistency of lets say...a cupcake? :wiggle:

I think the reason they're saying use ANY WHEY is because it's supposed to be tasteless so it won't fuck up the flavoring of your baking recipe. There may be something else to it about it denaturing the protein when cooked, but I'm not sure on any of that stuff.

I've used ON cookies and cream protein in pancake mix before because I couldn't stand it in anything else and it turned out pretty well. I made them several times so it couldn't have been all that bad taste and consistency wise.
