How many protein shakes do you drink for those that are bulking?
mostly 2, sometimes 3
I keep track of how much I eat and I dont really need them at all unless I didnt get enough protein or calories that day.
2. Or 3 if its a workout day.
just started on 2 servings a day, might move to 4
about 2.5 servings a day when i work out. 1 or none on days that i dont

"servings," guys? grams of protein per shake.. how many shakes.. servings doesn't tell us anything.. most of us use different brands, so this will vary.
I do 2-3 'shakes' per day -- consisting of 3 scoops (41g) of protein, 3g glutamine and 2.5g betaine.
so sometimes I supplement 82g, sometimes 123 ..just depends how much protein i've gotten in from real food.

One in the morning, one pre and one post.
4 times a day.......51g protein.........I weight 270 and I am 6'4
eh, overkill, bro.. i'm guessing you eat, too? 300-350g of protein is a bit much..200-250 would probably suit you just as well.
2 a day. Anymore than that seems like too much.
Once a day. Sometimes I'll have two on a workout day, but I try to get most of my protein from solid foods.
3 to 4 when getting bigger, 1 of which is something like cytogainer.
I was 165lbs 5 years ago. I am now 275lbs.

I'm CONSTANTLY on the go, as my new sales territory is a gigantic area - so I drink shakes a LOT..
SO, typically 4 shakes a day.. at least half of my protein intake is from shakes, both whey and casein..
Mid-morning and mid-afternoon meal is usually shakes and something else.. tuna or granola or something..
I don't know how you can get 4 shakes in! Most shakes I take require like 2-4 scoops of whey. Not only that but I add way more than just water or skim milk. Most of my shakes reach over 48oz. 2 a day is my limit. Anymore than that and I will most likely throw up.
2-3 servings a day, bulking and cutting. I change my diet but drink the same amount of shakes a day.
They are just plain 2 scoops + 16-20oz of water and thats it.. Nothing special.
Ahh I see. I put other crap in mine.
I only take one serving post workout and already fart up a storm (smells like ASS) and feel bloated for the rest of the day.. couldn't imagine taking more....
