What's better for on days and off days?

Because maybe people are sick and tired of questions that 99% of us don't really give a fuck about. So many people over analyze stuff instead of just eating clean, and training hard.
Yeah....and trying to improve cleanly.

Stop reading t-nation, you don't need bcaa. Some people feel that they are less sore by talking it, but otherwise, regular whey or food is pretty damn fine.
Protein shake will almost always be better than BCAA.
Your protein shake also contains BCAAs. Ok, some smartarse will come along and point out that BCAA tabs will spike the BCAA concentration in your bloodstream more but really you'd be better off with 40g of protein in a shake than 8g of BCAAs.
