my scoop is 23g protein :dunno:

Should the protein be part of the 12 oz? I guess I don't understand what you're getting at. FWIW, I get about 75 grams of protein in my shake that includes 12 oz of skim milk. I'm quite confused as to exactly what you want to know.

I was looking at buying these protein shakes in a can that had 35g of protein in this 12oz can. Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you all. Thanks for your help.
