I bought some Whey Protein Isolate last night to make my own weight gainer shakes with and the stats seemed to turn out decent with what I put in there. Just seeking more professional opinion. 8oz Milk (i think) Whey 1/2 cup Oats 1 1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Banana comes out to 675 Calories per shake and 33.8g of protein. Doesn't seem to bad for someone trying to get at least 2560 calories and 190-ish g of protein. And what do yall use in your shakes to make them taste better? Mine tasted like goats ass.
