I've considered putting a few scoops of protein in my water jug. I got the idea from a big guy at the gym who seems to drink whey/milk instead of water. :dunno:

    Thoughts?

Yes, you'll never grow unless you drink exactly 22.68g of protein 23 minutes into your workout.

You know you can't go more than 14.76 min without popping a BCAA pill, you're gonna go catabolic :squint:

The workout period — just before, during, and immediately after — is magic time. Even the most carbophobic person can and should consume Surge at this time. The benefits are enormous and it doesn't seem to lead to fat gain in the real word. Of course, carbs should be limited at all other times in the day.

I'll also add the same caveat as Dr. Mohr: You do have to "earn" your Surge. No pink dumbbell workouts. And you better be doing some shit-a-kidney lifting before you double your workout drink!

    no Surge, no care.

also, i'd fucking vomit if i had protein mid-workout. I have a hard enough time holding down plain water.

While I do drink EAA's now, I used to do so with a protein shake. Just had to drink it slow enough.
