protein question

    Not trying to sound like an ass, but calories work well. Doesn't matter much where you get them.

    I dont gain much weight when i eat alot, and i need to gain this really fast.

    i am on a high calorie diet now, with regular excercise i guess i am not seeing the results i want

    If you eat enough calories you will gain weight. For some people this means 4000, for others it could be 7000 or more. You just have to figure out how much you need. Weight gainers don't do anything magical except give you a lot of calories at once. At the end of the day, total calories is really all that matters whether you got them from gainers or just food.
