I know some of you were having trouble with them. This is what they should look like.

    The Recipe is:

    1/2c instant oats
    1/2c fat free cottage cheese
    1/2c skim milk
    1/2c egg beaters

    1 tbs splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4tsp vanilla

    500 calories (w/ 2/3cup sugar free syrup) , 60g protein.

Per batch as made above. It usually makes 4 plate sized pancakes (8" or so I think).

They taste like a mix between pancakes and french toast, not to mention they are a hell of alot better than pancake mix with whey. If I wanted completely fast absorbing protein and pancakes, I might as well make pancakes and have a cup of whey.

my first thought is damn that wouldn't be bad.... but once you add syrup it kinda ruins it all.

Why? It only adds 80 calories for 2/3 cup.

that sugar free breakfast syrup is so good. You can add on so much for so few calories.

I put it in my oatmeal sometimes.
