My 10lbs of protein is just about done and I need to put in another order today. I tried creatine in the past and I'm not sure if it was a mental thing or what but i felt like i was making better gains while i was on it. I dont really have the money to get both protein and CEE so if I were to get just one of them, which should it be? I am currently bulking up and just trying to build more muscle and fill out more. Also, who makes the CEE? I see a couple different CEE products on 1fast400 and i'm not sure which one it is

Get both. If you're short on money right now then just get the 100g size of 1Fast400's CEE, its only $6. It should last you at least a month or two depending on dosing.

Good advices, scrap the protein and go for some fucking hyped up creatine.

If you're dead set on getting both, eat shit tons of eggs and get whatever else you want.

WTF? I didn't say ditch the protein, I said get both. If he wants CEE, he can just get a cheap bit to hold him over until he can afford more. I think he swing $6 on top a $50 protein order.

+1 vote for getting the CEE

you can get your protein fix from food
    -dairy (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese)
    -fish, meats & poultry
    -nuts
    -beans

no, i wouldnt suggest drinking water with cee. you likely want something tart to drink it with. and only a small amount since you'll want to be done drinking it ASAP!
