I'm talking about the mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon meals. I got a coupon for a free MetRX bar, so I picked one up (small bar).. While I was at the store, I picked up a Kashi Protein/Fiber bar as well. NUTRITION FACTS Serving Size: 1 bar (50g) Calories 180 Calories from Fat 45 Total Fat 5g* Saturated Fat 2g Cholesterol 0mg Sodium 250mg Total Carbohydrate 30g Fiber 6g Sugars 13g Protein 9g And tons of vitamins.. What do you guys think about these? OK? Stay away? Remember, I'm cutting and not bulking. Find these easy for my mid-afternoon/mid-morning meals, but don't want to eat them if they aren't going to help me lose weight and BF. I did eat the Kashi one today. Tasted damn good actually.
