Protein/MRP Bars..

    After searching through 21 pages of results, I didn't really find the answer to my question..

    What is everyone's take on the protein bars, and are they OK for meal replacement while cutting? I'm talking about the mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon meals.

    I got a coupon for a free MetRX bar, so I picked one up (small bar)..

    While I was at the store, I picked up a Kashi Protein/Fiber bar as well.

    What do you guys think about these? OK? Stay away? Remember, I'm cutting and not bulking. Find these easy for my mid-afternoon/mid-morning meals, but don't want to eat them if they aren't going to help me lose weight and BF.

    I did eat the Kashi one today. Tasted damn good actually.
