Protein Loaded recipes

    Hey everyone,

    I am just starting out on my new "lets get healthier" lifestyle change and I know that I need more protein in my diet from reading the threads so far.

    I am looking for recipes that maybe include things like chick peas, or other beans/legumes etc that are more of a full meal rather then a power bar. I know that there are a lot online but I was curious if anyone had any personal experience with something yummy and still good for you!

    i think most people here make stews, maybe chili and chicken breasts on a foreman, your prolly better off looking it up on a site
