Anybody ever try making protein jello?
you mean protein pudding.
no i was actually thinking about jello, i just tried making it, we will see if it hardens
yeah thats not going to work.
I didn't think so, but i figured i would try it anyway
great av. Why won't it work?
because to make jello the powerd ingredients need to fully dissolve.
but the gelatin did dissolve, then i added the cold water
then threw in some protein
so now you'll have whey chunks in the jello.
does the protein not disolve? I have some watermelon flavored shit that I might have to try in the jello.
even if it did dissolve fine in jello, 99% of the people arent gonna spend their time making protein jello. people just wanna stir the powder and chug it
this was one stupid thread.
the protein dissolved too, its hardening, no white chunks that i see
I was making sugar free jello as a snack for tomorrow at work and decided to throw some protein in there to see if it would work.
Did it work? I think that's a first.
let us know how it goes
ive made sugar free chocolate protein pudding...not jello though
Just ate it and I have to say it was delicious
what flavor jello and protein? I could go for some vanilla pudding right now.
It was raspberry sugar free jello, and fruit punch protein
i bet pudding is good
I wonder how much I should put in the pudding?
pudding would be nice, except I am lactose intolerant, so I will stay away from it.
coiencedentally ive been making pudding lately without even thinking about adding protein.
One box calls for 2 cups of milk, id assume you could fit as much protein in as you wanted...id do about 4-8 scoops though
