protein is it worth it for me?

    is protein good for me. i'm 20 and about 150 pounds 6,1. I work out mabey 3 times a week. I want to build up my arms. Is it worth it or will it just make me fat

    as long as you're using the squat rack for your curls..set the pins somewhat high so you don't drop the bar and have some kind of a safety setup. you can try getting a spotter for those curls as well.

    21s and curls 3x week... stay away from heavy compound exercises... those will not make your arms grow

    don't do compound movements, they'll drain your central nervous system and you won't have the energy for those last few reps doing curls and those last few reps when you really feel the burn are the only ones that lead to muscle growth.

    also, don't worry too much about eating right because that stuff tastes like shit and since a calorie is a calorie you can just eat pizza and drink beer, don't tell anyone though I'm trying to market my intellectual property and make hella scrilla bro :bowdown:

    Dude, protein will fuck you up man. Please tell me that you're not going to take the ez way out and start eating/drinking protein. Real men get big by not eating and doing 300 workouts all day long!! That's how you get swole son!! Protein will fuck up your kidneys, make your cock small, cause you to have road rage, beat up your girlfriend and eventually kill yourself out of depression!! Dude, don't fuck up your life man. You should just stay home with your PS3. The dudes at the gym will peer pressure you into taking protein. It's just their way of trying to get you as fucked up as they are.
