Protein Intake

    How do you know if you're taking in too much protein? I eat 10 oz of steak everyday plus other natural protein sources like eggs and fish, as well as the recommended 130g of whey protein (1g per lb of body weight). It all just seems to be a bit too much - 130g of whey is a LOT.

    No, it's at least 1g/lb of TOTAL protein per day, not of whey only.

    do you understand what the word SUPPLEMENT means? Eat your normal diet, if it isnt enough protein for your body... supplement (in lieu of extra food) in some extra whey to get to the level you need.
