seems to contradict with this... datacom's protein intake ranges from 270-300g per pur's/chris' recommendation

Which is just ~1.5g (roughly more) per LB of PW.
I need to protect the muscle I have since i'm in such a high deficit. I'm not in a building phase right now.
if i remember correctly ur calorie intake per day was around 3k tho

it's ~1700 a day.
ok makes sense then... i have the spreadsheet at work so i couldn't check.
