    there isn't really a "too much"

    albeit, 250 isn't necessary for your weight, it won't hurt you

    Anywhere from 1.5-3g lb/bodyweight works, depends on how many carbs you're taking in and so on.

    As long as you're getting 1-1.5g per pound, you're good to go.
