protein drinks?

    i want to get some sort of protein drink/mix that i can have after work outs.

    ot broly crew have any recomendations on what to get?

    4 scoops of musclemilk and 4 cups whole milk is a pretty light combo for after a workout.

    Trueprotein.com is the way to go. A lot of guys swear by it. Top notch stuff.

    If you're not into TP for whatever reason, Optimum Nutrition stuff is fine, for the most part. The whey concentrate gives some people gas, though.

    4 SCOOPS OF ISOPURE ZERO CARB PROTEIN WHATEVER COLOR YOU WANT...CUZ IT HAS ZERO CARBS, THEN ADD 4 SPOONS OF BUTTER, THEN 1 SCOOP PEANUT BUTTER...PUT SOME N.O. EXPLODE AND CELL MASS, THEN CHUG IT...YOU HAVE TO CHUG IT TO GET TO YOUR VEINS

    I guy at my gym says he takes a shake with six scoops of protien (20g) in the morning and then after his workout. This is ridiculous right? your body can't process 120gs of protein at a time.
    He said he gets about 300gs per day of protein. BUt still, 6 scoops is a waist, no?

    really? I thought that was why you were supposed to do 6 meals spread out throughout the day (and why casine protein with slow release was good). But i'm no macro on this, just i guy trying to figure out what he's doin.
