As the title says...how bad is it for the liver? Mainly protein, i can do without creatine (though i would love to be able to take it). I'm not sure what liver problems i have, once agian it's not that bad and i think part of it is heretics, but i basically do need treatment, which is a strict diet for a month or so then a less strict diet that i must hold for like half a year or some bullshit, with medicine and all. Jesus christ, i should of never gotten myself checked out (pretty much did a general analysis to see if i did have any problems since i haven't gotten myself checked out in over 7 years) and i wouldn't have to go through this crap :wtc:. So...is there any protein that isn't that bad for your liver? I know protein in general isn't bad or anything, but i have heard that it can be heavy on the liver, would it be safe to take it in lower doses (like 1-2 scoop per day)? What about creatine? Is there any brand that's the least harmfull? Sorry i've been trying to research this and i'm coming up with nothing...what i did come up with is that protein can in fact be bad for your liver

You should be OK with protein in moderation -- I mean it is necessary for everyday life. I am posting to see about the collaboration of hereditary and genetics that landed you with heretics

Dude, I hardly even drink protein anymore. I usually eat it, but I like having a shake for after my workouts because it's so easy.

i use to just take CEE or mono after work out. So 4 - 5 times a week, 1 serving after workouts. As for protein, i would usually have 2-3 shakes a day, in the morning, after workout, and at night..something like that. I used to take a lot more mono when i first tried it, i loaded up on it :)wtc:) and i would take like 2 scoops per day =/

A heretic is someone who is deemed to be blaspehmous, AFAIK. In case you don't know, hereditary means something passed down genetically through generations. Geneology/genetics = study of genes.

"New clinical research demonstrates a strong negative correlation between protein metabolism by the liver and not going to church on Sundays, while calling Jesus, a dirty hippie cocksucker. Muscle and Fitness recommends, new from Cytotech, Holy Protein pre-made drinks. Now, you can easily get your daily allowance of Holywater whie you bulk, without have to worry about blasphemy!"....

BrownWalrus, you posted "...that bad and i think part of it is heretics,"

They were confused by the usage of that word in your sentence. Reread it to yourself and then see if even YOU understand it.

    fucking :werd:

How would anyone on these forums know how to diagnose, and what liver problems you have? Go see a doctor, i'm sure they understand that some people want to bulk up, and take protein.

are you sure you didn't get a false positive due to your creatine usage? I've heard of that before and they just went to get tested again after stopping creatine and they were normal.
