You can make them ... 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 cup oats, 1 cup skilm milk, 1 TBsp of peanut butter. Mix, eat. They are like those chocolate oatmeal no bake cookies .. fuck I'm hungry .. I know what's for snack tonite. :big grin:

I recall Jessie Murunde's (sp??) website having a handful of similar recipes ...

cant beat shakes for calorie/protien ratio.
Anytime I try and make bars/brownies or cookies, they always come out to heavy in cals. Not bad when bulking, but im cutting right now.

I make a protein bread with a bread maker. Pretty good but a little chewy. Awesome when toasted.

    1 tsp yeast
    1 cup vital wheat gluten
    1/4 cup of whey
    1/2 cup of wheat bran
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp of flaxmeal
    2 tbsp. Splenda
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 egg
    ½ cup of water

Just make sure it doesnt contain partially hydrogenated oils :) (even if you make them your self, check the peanut butter and cacoa)
