    I know kashi make some that has lots of fiber and protein

    I think that the soy protein isn't as good as protein from other foods like meats, whey, and eggs. Lower BV%? I dunno, it was something like that I think but I'm not really sure.

    I already do that but I'd like something different sometimes. Otherwise it's gonna sometimes be low-carb bread with eggs/tuna/chicken in the morning too...

    Yup, I try not to eat soy too much, but I guess I'm still open to see some suggestions because I crave cereals.
