Protein and fitness question..

    when should we take it, and how much? I ussually do a 1hr workout 3-5 days a week..

    Take it before or after workout. Of if you want best results, take it before and after.

    As for servings, Im not sure with that product, but I uaually do 2 scoops of whey (protien) in about 8oz of water or milk.

    Next time buy something less expensive...

    hmm good advise...

    Now does protein make you gain weight? I am very happy with my arms/shoulders, but need to loose weight in my chest/stomach.. Those are my problem areas.. im 6'1 192

    Yes, you can get some whey for like 50$ for 10lbs.

    Is it possible that it has extra vitimins? I read that u need your body weight in grams of protein a day... Is that a bit excessive?

    Maybe slightly excessive, but definitely doesn't hurt. However, you don't want to get it all from shakes.

    Next time buy cheaper shit.

    Finally, read up a little on protein supplementation and nutrition in general. It will be the single biggest step to reaching your goals, whatever they may be.
