What would you guys on here recommend? I have a client who needs both of these and I'm not sure where to steer her to.

If she has some problems with milk because of the lactose, an isolate would be best (maybe an MPI so that she gets both the slow and fast part of it in a little number of calories that she probably takes in), if its uncertain, maybe another source would be better, such as gemma pea protein.

For the multi, there are many which are made for this. It probably contains more calcium+vitD and more lutein but iron free.
