Hey guys, I just bought a d40 and I'm worred about scratching it. I heard it won't work if it gets a scratch.

Does anyone make a titanium enclosure for the body? This camera costs a lot of money. Most of you probably don't know much about the d40, it's a DSLR (digital single lens reflex) and is worth more than most of your lives. Only reply here if you know as much about photography and titanium as me.

oh, a couple of quick shots of my beautiful human baby boy. Feel free to critique, but I won't take it seriously cause I know I'm a better photographer than all of you.

Do you have any sort of documentation from the manufacturer to back this absurd claim?

RU sure Bro? Is the 30d a digital S L R?? Can you change the lenses on it, who makes it? I don't think its the same thing...the d40 is a nikon, it is a really expensive camera and you can't compare whatever your point and shoot 30d is to it.

You really need to watch the way you talk to me on here. I am not a worry wart.

I use paint shop pro to do things like this, it has some really cool color pencil actions and it makes it really easy to do HDR and selective color stuff. Technologies like this will put you ahead of the pack and seperate you from your competition. Very few people have even seen this, let alone have the skills to do it. PM me if you have any questions, I don't want this kind of technique infiltrating the masses.

Ok, look first of all the D goes in front of the number. Second of all, I know the camera is resistant to scratches, but it isn't impervious... what if it was scratched? WHAT THEN? Third, I asked for replies from people that know as much about titanium as me, and I don't see any evidence here that you know anything about it, or you would have known what a sweet idea this is. It's the most advanced metal on the planet and is perfect for this task.
