i was born with half of my right arm missing and so naturally i would have to wear a prosthetic for exercises requiring two hands. i was just wondering if anyone here knew of any good tips or sites/resources that they could let me know of. thanks in advance.

Do you have a VA hospital nearby? Maybe one of their orthepedic guys could give you some advice or point you in the direction of some of the stuff they are doing with the guys coming back from Iraq.

There is a guy that trains at my school gym that has a similiar issue. He mainly uses machines but he has a couple different attachments he carries around with him that he uses depending on what he is doing.

Another guy used to come in and BB bench press with his hook closed around the bar. He would rep out around 185 iirc, it was always cool to see him busting his ass.
