Pros and cons of starting to lift weights at 24?

    I have the base, I used to lift 2 years ago but lost most of the muscle. My chest isn't caved it, I have somewhat of a chest. I want to take a boxing class too.

    better to start late than never. Just stick with it, its a good hobby, do you have a plan and diet yet? Goals?

    what is 24 years old supposed to mean? are you thinking thats too old? too young? I dont follow at all. I would say the optimal years to start exercising to improve your health and looks would be from 16 to 78 years old.


    Maine hit the nail on the head.

    Pros:
    You look better.
    you feel better (healthier).
    you are stronger, more phyically capable.
    you have higher self esteme, feeling attactive is very important in a relationship imo. you get more respect.
    you feel proud of being able to do what everyone thinks they cant do

    Cons:
    Supplements might set you back a few dollars, which you woulda spent on burger king anyways. (not even needed)
    you have to budget some time twards your goals

    You only get one body, one life, this is it. Your health and well being should be the most important thing in the world to you (unless you have kids maybe, which is more reason to take care of yourself) so do yourself a favor and improve your life. Honestly about a year and a half ago I was a fat 230lbs, I was embarassed to be naked in front of my fiance to a point. That did not help my self confidence in bed at all. Now we go wild all the time, it's alot more fun. Since I lost all that fat a side effect is my penis is over an inch longer too because the front pelvis area is now very lean instead of very flabby. :bowdown:

    calculated risk. There is zero definitive studies that show heart necrosis in humans, but heart growth is a potential risk. I also drink alchohal pretty much every weekend with friends socially :hs: calculated risk cause I might be pwning my liver.

    Clen is very safe too, almost no shorterm side effects. I take heart protecting supplements like garlic and get good cardio in. My chorlestoral levels couldnt be better either, I'm in the top 5% according to my blood work, I am the image of health.

    because some guy told me he's 30 and he is too old to lift because it is too stressful. just curious.

    also im 6' 180 lbs. do i need to bulk up? i dont want to be huge, just a good size.

    Keto works well for me, I never have any problems. my cycles are light too, I dont need the stuff it's just a little edge.

    I would agree, since injectable steroids are extremely safe despite media hype ;)
