When doing a couple sets of 12 to 15
do you rest between sets and go work on a different part or do you do all the sets at one time?

I generally try to rest between 45-60 seconds between sets.

Every persons routine is going to be different.

You can take 10 seconds or 3 minutes, just need to find whats right for you.

oh shit i forgot how much weight do you start out at? Should it be somewhere that is comfortable yet still giving you some tension?

Well depends on what you goal is. Endurance for short breaks and strength for longer breaks.

(study on how rest times don't effect muscle hypertrophy because if you rest longer you end up doing more and it evens out)
