I've got a 10lb tub being delivered Tuesday that I plan to cycle for one month. My current stats are 5'10", 171lbs and I'm looking to put on another 10lbs. I plan to split the 4 scoop serving twice per day - 2 scoops in the morning, 2 in the afternoon. I will also still take 2-3 scoops of my normal whey throughout the day. Any other diet information can be found here for me:

Ignore my routine information, I am on the third week of max-ot (thanks again Leo).

i took it for a while. i must have gained about 10 pounds on it. theres no need to take regular whey with it though, its got like 52g per serving. so thats 26g per half serving which is what i took at each time, like you are going to. what flavor did you get

Many people reported getting fat because of all the sugar in Nlarge.

Used it when i was younger starting out, i went through about 12 10lb containers, lasted me around a year, then i changed up my diet. The stuff aint bad, has a crappy aftertaste, but you get used to it.

I've read mixed things. I do about 30-1 hour of cardio/day on top of lifting.

How do you like it? What did you weigh when you started and what do you weigh now? Do you ever get a "bloated" feeling?

I've used it on and off for a while now. I gained a little bit of weight on it, but I found that it just made me really bloated and I couldn't force myself to eat very much afterward. I literally had to lay down on my back for like 15 minutes afterwards.

This week I ditched it and started eating 4-5kcals worth of real food, and I've gained more weight this week than I ever did on NLarge, without all the sugar, and with no bloating at all. Meh. Something to think about, anyway.

people say it has a bad aftertaste...I have chocolate and think its the best tasting proteing shake I have ever had. Chocolate milkshake good. And the person who said it makes you fat....yeah if you take alot of it and dont work out...it will. I dont get the reported bloating feeling and I can eat fine afterwards

I've been using it only for a few months now...but I dont do much cardio...usually just lift. My job is also pretty strenueous and taking a shake before work in the mornings usually help me out. I'm gonna start some cardio exercizes within the week

I think nlarge2 tastes awesome (chocolate)... you might get that bloated feeling if you take a whole serving at once. However I take 1/2 a serving twice a day and that works fine for me doesnt fill me up at all. I cant really comment on the results as i've just started taking it 2 weeks ago while lifting. I'll get back to you.

I remember reading a thread on bodybuilding.com where this one kid posted his pic where he looked all small and weak and had a gut and you could see a tub of nlarge2 in the backround. everyone started laughing and saying wow what a great ad for nlarge2. He chimed in and commented that is when he first started taking nlarge2, then he posted his "after nlarge2" pics and wow what a difference. He looked hulkish and the gut was no more. That really shut up the nlarge2 haters in that thread. I think he said he took like 6 scoops a day.

so high intakes of maltodextrin and liquid protein will make me ripped and huge?

There will always be a hate for those stupid ass supplements. I can't wait for the day that maltodextrin is actually listed as a sugar... so many cheaper and healthier alternatives out there, it's just some product designed for the lazy clueless lifter (if used as an MRP, PWO is fine)

well obviously its a combination of things that will get you ripped and huge besides 1 supplement, but I think nlarge2 has its place. throw in a little flaxseed oil and its a really good meal replacement for someone like me, an extreme ectomorph.

you missed the test and syringes in the background too. He's not going to lose a gut and become hulkish from some shitty whey protein supplement
