I've got a 10lb tub being delivered Tuesday that I plan to cycle for one month. My current stats are 5'10", 171lbs and I'm looking to put on another 10lbs. I plan to split the 4 scoop serving twice per day - 2 scoops in the morning, 2 in the afternoon. I will also still take 2-3 scoops of my normal whey throughout the day.
