Prohormone question

    I have some Animal Test + Animal pak that I purchased a long time ago and want to use now. I've done the Stak before and got pretty decent results, but I haven't been in the gym in over a year. How long should I wait before starting to take these? I know it's usually a good idea to build up to a baseline and then use phs to get past a plateau, but I'm not exactly sure how long I need to spend building up before I take them. I'm 21yo 165lbs squat around 350, bench around 175. I'm getting in the gym 3-4 times a week and I'm going to start christophers' 5x5 routine from the archives next week. I'd like to get my bench to 200+ and my squat back to where it was around 500.

    i find it odd you squat 350 but only bench 175

    please be careful w/ the animal paks. they've been known to turn normal people into raging beasts at the gym. your squat will likely hit quadruple digits before you finish the animal paks; or should i say, before the animal paks are finished with YOU!

    make sure you take it after getting inside the gym or else you won't be able to fit through the door

    let me tell you, last time I used it I was benching so much my hand broke off. At the time I was psyched, but now it sucks. Cant even spank the monkey correctly ...

    I deadlift 400 only benched 200, squat was around 300 :hs:

    Prowler is/was the same way iirc 400+ squat/dead 200ish bench

    animal paks are pretty risky. you could get lucky and turn into a rhino! or you could get fucked and turn into a squirrel. it's a risk i'm willing to take. i am animal.

    :rofl: This is hardcore, this is ANIMAL! I just hope I don't fly into a blind rage and rip my own arms off when I'm doing deadlifts with 1,800lbs next month

    I know that Animal stuff is a bit of a joke here, but I figure that 1-AD, 4-AD and 1-Test are decent and I used to get the stuff at deep discount because my friend worked at a nutrition shop that had a wholesale deal with universal

    I'm completely imbalanced like that, for whatever reason, I make much more rapid gains in my lower body than upper, maybe because I used to run a lot in high school and never lifted weights much then. When I was training regularly a little over a year ago, my bench still hovered just under 200 while I was squatting a 1RM of 550. It just seems like 10x harder for me to make any progress in my chest.

    maybe you should be activating the type IIa muscle fibers in your lower inner pecs by doing vertical cable crossovers while lying on a swiss ball and tightening your TVA

    I might try that, do you have a link that shows proper form for doing those though, I'm not exactly sure what the position/setup would look like
